

CHAIR
Kelly holds master's degrees in political science and German from Bowling Green State University. She worked as a grant writer for the Institute for American Values and as the executive director of the World Youth Alliance Foundation. Currently she is a homemaker and coordinator of her parish's family adoration program.
Kelly and her husband, along with their five children reside in North Haven, CT.
CO-CHAIR
Caroline holds a bachelor of architecture from Cornell University and a bachelor of nursing from Georgetown University. While transitioning from architecture into nursing she worked as a freelance graphic designer, taught TeenSTAR at a Bronx Catholic middle school, and worked for the World Youth Alliance Foundation to develop FEMM, a fertility education and medical management program.
Currently she is a homemaker and homeschooling mother. She enjoys time with her French husband and two children in Hamden, CT where they reside.
TREASURER
Amy holds a bachelor's degree in English from Providence College. She spent 12 years in the philanthropy sector, supporting K-12 education, youth development, and faith-based nonprofits. More recently, she worked advising foundations on operational best practices and grant making strategy. Currently, she is the development director for the Yankee Institute, Connecticut’s state economic policy think tank, as well as the program director of a small nonprofit that provides fiscal sponsorship services to new nonprofits.
Amy and her husband live in Trumbull, CT with their three children, and one on the way.
SECRETARY
Cynthia brings a lifelong commitment to education and human and community development to Chesterton Academy of Blessed Michael McGivney. She previously served as a lecturer at the Yale Child Study Center, where she held several positions with the Comer School Development Program. Her experience and passion for the formation of young people support the Academy’s mission to cultivate joyful, virtuous, and well-rounded Catholic leaders. She has a B.S. in Psychology from Georgetown University and an M.A in Counseling and Community Services from Fairfield University.
Cynthia is a lifelong resident of New Haven, CT.
FUNDRAISING CHAIR
Veronica Glass Garrett is the Founder of Loaves and Fishes Consulting and a seasoned fundraising professional with over 20 years of experience helping non-profit organizations achieve transformational year-over-year growth. Throughout her extensive career she has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, guided teams across the U.S. and Canada, and built fundraising strategies that empower organizations to reach their highest potential. As an international fundraising consultant, she has partnered with volunteer leaders, boards, and major donors to cultivate meaningful relationships and inspire lasting philanthropic impact.
Rooted in her Catholic faith, Veronica brings both strategic expertise and a mission-driven heart to her work. As the Fundraising Chair she continues her commitment to advancing faith-based education and leadership.
A proud graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she has called Austin, New Orleans, and New York City home, and for the past few years has loved building a life in Northford, Connecticut. Soon to be a mom of three, she balances her professional commitments with her most cherished role: family.
